  2. Provide your full name and the phone number / email address associated with your WhatsApp messages or bookings.
  3. Upon verifying your identity, we will permanently remove or anonymize your personal records and WhatsApp conversation logs from our active databases within 30 days, retaining only minimal records required for legal, tax, or accounting compliance.

We implement appropriate technical and administrative safeguards to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. We retain your information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy.
