Good to Know

Do I need to know how to swim already?
Not at all. Level 1 is designed for complete beginners. We start with water confidence in shallow water, at your own pace, with a female coach beside you.
Is the pool area private during sessions?
Yes. Our ladies sessions run during dedicated ladies-only hours with female coaches, female lifeguards, and female security. There is no mixed access at any point.
What should I wear?
Any modest swimwear is welcome, including burkinis and swim leggings. Wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable in the water.
Is swimming a good workout?
Yes. Swimming builds cardiovascular fitness, strength, and flexibility, all with very low impact on your joints. It's one of the most complete forms of exercise.
I have joint problems. Is this suitable?
Swimming is ideal. The water supports your body weight and removes impact, so you can move and build strength comfortably. Let your coach know and they'll adapt accordingly.
How do I get placed at the right level?
There's no separate trial to book. Just book your first session through the form below, and your coach will do a brief assessment at the start of it to place you at the right level.
